⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience at Stellar Flats in Seattle, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible maintenance and leasing teams. The maintenance team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about keeping the building running smoothly. Any issues are handled quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference day to day. The leasing team is just as impressive—friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. From move-in to ongoing questions, they make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. It’s clear that both teams take pride in what they do, and it shows. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication they put into making Stellar Flats a great place to live. Highly recommend!

I recently toured Stellar Apartments in Seattle and was honestly blown away. The entire community feels thoughtfully designed and very well kept, with a clean, modern aesthetic that immediately makes it feel upscale yet welcoming. The amenities go above and beyond what you’d expect—everything looks polished, functional, and designed with residents in mind. One of the highlights for me was the rooftop deck, which offers absolutely gorgeous views of both the city skyline and Lake Union. It feels like the perfect spot to unwind, entertain friends, or just take in a sunset. The location is also a huge plus, with easy access to nearby neighborhoods, dining, and transit. Stellar Apartments has been a solid place to call home. The building and common areas are consistently well kept, and day-to-day living feels pretty stress-free. Any time something comes up, it’s handled pretty smoothly, which is always appreciated. It’s nice knowing things don’t get ignored and the space stays in good shape. Solid spot if you’re looking for a comfortable place in Seattle. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

I came along with my friend while they were touring apartments, and even though I don’t live in the area, I instantly felt so welcome. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and Tony especially stood out, he made us feel genuinely cared for and like part of the community right away. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and honestly, it made me wish I lived nearby too. Such a great experience all around!

I lived in Stellar for one year and it was a fantastic time in a very nice and cozy place! I’d like to dive deeper in my review to explain what exactly made me so happy, and also address a few negatives that weren’t enough to remove stars but certainly a few things to note.
