Good luck getting anyone to answer your call, return a call, or reply to an email or ever getting money back that they owe you. I’ve been dealing with an issue with them since August when I admit, it was my error that I forgot to turn off my auto draft for my master associate dues and had two additional months drafted. On August 7 Sara told me she could see the extra drafts, she would stop the auto draft, and would refund me. Stupidly I trusted her and didn’t go my bank then when I was still within charge back range. Sara did turn off the auto draft but I never got my refund. Months more of calling and emailing then finally 3 weeks ago she replied and claimed there was no overage, even though I have a text from her that says she could see it and I sent back documents proving it was paid.

This people are terrible .. buy my condo July 16, i never got welcome package.. My management company email them we need some document , have not responded. i call after two weeks ,they never respond phone call. Try to talk to andrews secretary, She don't know anything. I ask I want to talk to Andrew's, boss. She says she can't give out that phone number. They must don't have any administrator..What business do not have a administrator? only can talk to andrew? Which they say andrew is the manager.. so my personal assistan had to get involved find the phone number for his boss left the message...We never got any response . I request some paperwork, they never respond, terrible company to work with.I'm trying to pay a bill. They cannot even respond. I'm sure if I don't pay them.They would

Be very, very weary of this company. I sold my home in October, and in January, HOA fee's were withdrawn from my checking account without my permission. I made several calls & left voicemails, but no one ever returned my call. Ended up contacting my bank to have this fraudulent activity investigated and to seek a refund. Someone should be prosecuted! Update - after this posting, I was contacted by the company and the money was refunded. It was explained to me that after closing on my home, the auto-pay was not cancelled, which resulted in the issue. If that is indeed the fact, then it needs to be corrected shut off when a house is sold, or at least disclosed. Second issue is to be more responsive and return calls. Should not have resulted in all this, but at least it's resolved.

We had an amazing experience with Stellar. Highly suggest using this company. We love our condo!
