roaches and mices are everywhere black mold is continuing to grow in the bathrooms and now it's hard to take a bath or shower due to the simple fact that we don't have no hot water. Now we don't have hot water in the kitchen so it's hard for us to clean up the house and wash dishes because the water is so ice cold and we were listed for contaminated water in the summertime

Terrible!!! My packages keep getting stolen. I've filed multiple police reports and management won't do ANYTHING! They let ANYONE into the building, even though there is a "security officer" at the front door. What are they even there for??? There is no resolution and management could not care less... Think twice before renting from them!

I wish I can put 0 stars for this place DO NOT COME HERE there are mice , roaches and spiders . Homes are mice infested and management doesn’t do nothing .Super only worries about the money this place is the worst place to live .

Worst management! Over priced and they don’t deposit the rent on time and send you to court to charge late fees and lawyer fees to make you pay more on top of the rent. They are rent stabilized building that means they don’t pay high taxes and over charge and raise the rent to the tenants! STAY AWAY FROM STELLAR MANAGEMENT!
