We bought our home from them 5 years ago and they had remodeled for resale. We are now finding garbage the workers left in the walls as well as cheap corners cut EVERRRRYWHERE. Tile laid right on top of tile in the shower, left chips and soda in the walls behind the new bathroom vanities they installed, etc. They definitely made their money off of us I’m just grateful my husband is handy and able to fix stuff on our own or we would be broke.

We moved into a rental home that had been "remodeled" by Stellar homes in August 2013. What a trainwreck. Over the past months we have had countless problems caused by Stellar. The A/C not being installed correctly has caused two floods in our home; the laminate floors have been replaced 3 times since we moved in (once due to Stellar's workers failing to let the flooring acclimate). The dryer was vented directly into an interior wall and eventually the wall cracked open revealing a massive amount of black mold. Kitchen cabinet toe kicks were simply set in place so of course they did not stay where they belong. Bathtub was spray painted by Stellar's workers and had to be completely stripped and refinished. The house was infested with pests. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is--RUN,

I purchased a renovated home from them less than 2 years ago. I have spent over $80K getting it right. Replaced all underground plumbing. All ceilings are crumbling and falling down. outside stucco peeling away. I can go on. Just cheap poor work! They just covered it up. Read the reviews. Closest thing to criminals.

The Valero townhouse project looks very promising from the early information and groundbreaking event in March 2016. Having just completed new construction townhouses myself in Lakeridge that sold before the roofs were on I think these units answer consumer demands and wants well. I applaud Stellar for having the vision and using good design. I expect they too will be sold prior to completion.

Horrible company with shady workers we are currently renting a house they "remodeled" and I am constantly finding items not done to code. Neighbors said they spent 3 months remodeling this house so I called code enforcement to see what was done and they said they have no records of permits being pulled. I suggest avoiding them at all cost unless you like having to take days off of work waiting for them to show up to repair things that should have found/taken care of during the home inspection/final walk through
