Steeplechase on Maple Apartments

I am writing to share my ongoing concerns regarding the condition of our apartment following snow and rain. This is now the third occurrence within the past year where our ceiling has leaked significantly, resulting in yellow water pouring from multiple areas and soaking the carpet. Although we have been informed on two separate occasions that the issue was repaired, the problem has continued to reoccur. We have communicated that the prior fixes did not appear to resolve the root cause, yet we are once again waiting for action while dealing with the aftermath. My daughters moved into these apartments a few years ago and just recently moved out. Let me start by stating these apartments are grossly overpriced for the condition they are in at least in my daughter’s building. Maintenance team is excellent, office team is friendly but there is definitely a communication breakdown amongst them. When I state the maintenance team is excellent that is when they do receive work orders. There is a communication breakdown between tenants putting in maintenance requests and maintenance receiving them. The property itself, buildings and parking lot are ran down and in need of repairs. It hasn’t been a month since we moved in yet but so far my kids & i love the place Maintenance is FAST. The mini playground here my toddler loves it. The neighborhood is quiet The 3bdrm we have is spacious enough for my kiddo and i.

I’ve lived here for 2 months now. It’s been really good so far. The office staff is prompt and friendly. Maintenance repair orders are completed in a timely manner. My building is pretty quiet given the fact that there several families with kids including me which is good. Most of the pet owners clean up after their pets. Steeplechase is a great place to stay with spacious floor plans and great amenities.Some things that the property could do better on are things such as updating appliances. Cleaning of apartments entryways and hallways which has gotten better. I do also feel they could work on the apartment turn around for new tenants. I could tell the resident before me had pets instead of putting in new carpet they just cleaned it which made the smell more apparent and the stains from

I’m currently living here at the complex and we love it! It’s very spacious. We love the dual master setup and the garden tubs it’s also very affordable. The dog park is also a plus small but decent. The maintenance has been great as well as the office staff when it comes to any issues that have occurred. They come fix issues within a reasonable timeframe.
