Steeple Club Apartments

Absolute gem of an apartment complex in Tallahassee. Over 6 years I've rented from 5 different places (apartments, townhome, house), and steeple club is by far the best place I've lived, I wish I would've found it sooner. Cathy the property manager is kind, helpful, and responds quickly. Maintenance is also quick to respond, although I never had to call them for a repair because the appliances/HVAC always worked, but I would call for air filter replacements. Appliances are up to date, the interiors have been renovated and are stylish. These are very spacious apartments for the price and location. Moved from the Loft at lake Ella to there other property not even a mile away due to The Loft had stairs going up to one bedroom and then down to the other bedroom with me having an injury is hard so after my lease, I move to their other property steeple club Apts right on Meridian, which is very nice. Also, I love it because they have a washer and dryer. The lock has a laundromat right there, but I like having the washer and dryer in my apt. Both properties are very quiet and people are nice. Only has four apartments in the building management in both places are wonderful and the price is right. We have a pool and it’s pretty quiet. People are very respectful and friendly.

These apartments are in a quiet area, and rent is reasonable. The inside of the units is clean with no issues, and the neighborhood is great. Most importantly, the apartments have excellent management and staff. The manager, Cathy, and the rest of the management team are some of the best I’ve ever met. From my experience, Cathy is very reasonable and friendly. Don’t be swayed by the lower ratings most people I know who live here are happy and satisfied. I believe the lower ratings are likely from the previous management company. I’ve had a great experience living here and highly recommend it.

I’m not surprised this complex has a 3.3 rating. As a GUEST, I wouldn’t dare give this place my money or recommend anyone to live here. A good friend of mine who I help out from time to time due to personal reasons lives here and has tried to convince me to sign a lease here as well so that we’re closer but lately— not only has she been complaining about being harassed by the leasing office, but I myself have also been a victim of experiencing such emotional distress from specifically the maintenance employees and I don’t even live here. Everytime I come over I’m being watched, and this is no exaggeration because they don’t try to hide it at all and my friend who is the resident says she’s experienced the same. Nice apartments and quiet area. The residents are very friendly. Lots of dogs and residents are responsible picking up behind their pets. Maintenance is great and come quickly but there are new issues and all minor. Pest control comes regularly and we haven't seen and bugs. The grounds are well managed. The property Manger is very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable, good value for the area.
