This place is moving anyone in. People around here are so disrespectful. They let their kids run around and just damage things. The stray cats are insane. So nasty, especially when you are allergic. Couple tenants feed all these cats and that’s why they keep coming back. The parking is getting to be ridiculous. You have people that Have three or four cars per unit and all want to park in front of their apartment and don’t leave any spaces for anyone else. So many people are so disrespectful here. I can’t wait until my lease is up. I will be leaving. I recommend you do not move into this place. Even if you try to keep to yourself you’re still gonna have issues.

I've been here 3 years and one of the only good things is the new manager Frania. She is incredibly sweet and helpful. In the 3 years i have lived here we have had 3 different office managers and now a new owner of the complex. The maintenance is horrible and they go through a new maintenance man basically every week. Nothing ever gets fixed or upgraded. The roaches are horrible. You can request that they have someone come spray every Wednesday, but it doesn't do anything I've also sprayed and set traps myself. The children in the complex are so disrespectful and tear up the park and leave trash everywhere. Ive had kids steal things off my back porch. (I have cameras) There is an elderly woman who walks around with her little dog and a walker leaving cat food piles for all the stray cats.

Hello we applied for a place and was approved at the beginning but said I made to much I’m on works comp my check are to be every 2 weeks but doesn’t happen it’s every 3 weeks but because of that . was denied. I lost 60 dollars in application fees. I spoke with my lawyer yesterday he said he would write a letter stating the facts how I receive my checks. I don’t have money to give away. Only good thing was the office management was nice but she didn’t listen either when I was asked how a got paid. I explained to her just for later on for her to ask me what had already a week later explained. I can give bank statements that shows when my check hits my account. It’s not worth it I have to keep looking.

Hi there. I don't leave many reviews but I'll start by saying this place keeps raising rent but the maintenance man takes a month at most to show up. At least 4-5 days. And sometimes he doesn't even show up. The turn over rate for maintenance men is high just like front office manager turn over rate is high. The gym equipment is minimum the highest weights they have is two 10lbs, they only have a few lower weights and elliptical doesnt work. They only have one treadmill. It's a very small space. What grass is left is never cut. Most of the grass has turned into dirt. There's always leaves on the ground now. They only blow the leaves in the front by the office so that it looks nice. I have lived here for 5+ years and I am so happy with our new office lady Frania! she answers the phone she returns emails she is nice friendly helpful! She is exactly what our community needed after the last two horrible mangers we had! Myra and Christina! I am so happy we have Frania we love and appreciate everything she does for our small community!!!
