I wish I had read the reviews before renting from this property management. I live in the Compass, a 55+ apartment complex and in the beginning (of course) they were all about making sure I felt welcome and things were taking care of. Wow did that change once I had to deal with any type of communication with the property manager. She is all about making sure the company is profitable no matter what it takes. Cars get towed if they are parked over the line in your parking spot. No warning, you get up the next day, and your car is gone. But for the last 2 months a vehicle of someone who does not even live there, dead tags, no parking pass, still remains on the premises. Andrew Bedwell was the man! He came quickly on a saturday (a day after we moved in). Our washing machine had leaked water all over one of our rooms where a majority of our move in boxes were being stored. Andrew cleaned up the water thoroughly, making sure all the water was out (even between tiny cracks in the wood flooring), fixed the issue, and left it better than it was when we got here. Would recommend Andrew to anyone.

This place is in bad shape . No management. Smoking in the building. Because the rules were never enforced. Still are not. I have several complaints. Guess I’ll go to upper management. Sense thing have gotten worse sense u moved in. FD SHOWING NI FIRE JUST SMOKE? Do something NOW!!!

Please done rent from The Mirage at Manchester the management is nasty. Moved out in Jan of this year and they will not give me my deposit back nor return any phone calls. Management hung up on me once she got nasty.

Steelhead management has been great to rent with! Always super communicative and ready to help their residents. Love the events they host for us too!! 10/10 recommend one of their properties.
