Steele Creek

I’ve loved living at Steele Creek, it truly feels like home thanks to the amazing team. Mary Slade, and Amber are wonderful, always friendly, responsive and go above and beyond to help with anything I’ve needed. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and in the perfect location. Highly recommend!

All staff is amazing. They are responsive and you feel like part of a community. Maintenance team is tops. The residents are friendly and it is a quiet building. Beautiful amenities, large windows in units, plenty of cozy areas to watch the sunset, read, or work. Killer views from the year-round heated pool on the rooftop. In the middle of an excellent district with a plethora of restaurants to choose from, excellent shopping, and annual community events. Farmer's market across the street during the summer, shopping options from small boutique to large retail chains. High end bars, a whole foods down the street, a new bodega, and a medical center just down the street. I could not be happier with where I call home.

I had a great experience touring the Steel Creek apartments thanks to the helpful ladies working the front desk. Mary Slade and Amber made me feel at home and answered the many questions I had about the property. Some of my favorite parts are the pool and lounge, and I love its proximity to the Cherry Creek shopping center and Matsuhisa being on the first floor. She showed me two apartments as we were between a two bedroom and a one bedroom. She took her time and was very friendly. Thanks again!

As a resident at Steele Creek since May I can ONLY say what a joy it has been to live here. I was definitely a bit nervous moving from the East Coast, not knowing many people nor the area very well. Not only have the residents been warm, friendly and fun, but the staff has been stellar. Mary and Amber made sure I felt welcomed, addressed my every question, and are simply genuinely nice people to be around. Along with their team they plan fun and interesting gatherings that help residents socialize and get to know each other. The maintenance and cleaning crew are also superb. The building is always immaculate and any repairs that are necessary are dealt with in a timely manner. I have a strong feeling I’ll be living here for many years to come!

The harsh smell of purple cleaning chemical Fabuloso which the building housekeeping staff uses in an overly strong dilution to what is recommended, is what deters me from renting in this building. The coffee machine is frequently out of order, staff walks by with a precursory glance to see if light is on, but the water pressure is sometimes too low to brew coffee. Otherwise the building is very beautiful with nice amenities, and mountain views. The location is very walkable to shops and restaurants. The people who work here are very nice too, although there should be someone at the front desk at all times or most of the time. They appear to be short staffed. I've rented in the area for many years, and most luxury buildings are amenable to stop using dreadful Fabuloso when residents comp
