Working with Barack from staybk was a pleasure! He was able to help us to successfully apply for an apartment with no brokers fee! Barak was diligent about answering all our question whenever we had them. After Barak showed us a tour of an apartment we immediately put the $1000 deposit to hold our spot in line during the application process. After submitting all the document required for the application, we were approved in a couple of days. The $1000 deposit was put towards our first month of rent! Barak also assured us if our application got refused, we would be refunded back. Thank you again to Barak for making the process as smooth as possible!
