This was such a cute little house. Perfect for 3 adult couples. All rooms with king beds. One master with its own shower. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Everything you would need for a fun time away.

Lifetime friends and daughters stayed for Labor Day weekend and it was awesome! The cabin and barn were perfect for our party of 8. The beds were all very comfortable and the cabins were spotless! The cabins were so fun to try to figure out when they weee built and what was added on. We went shopping, to wineries and celebrated a daughter’s upcoming wedding! Fun was had by all! We will be back soon!

The thoughtful layout truly impressed us, with each bedroom featuring its own bathroom - a rare and valuable amenity when traveling with multiple couples. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, adding an extra layer of charm to our Hill Country getaway. The Barn area became a favorite gathering spot, equipped with a high-quality ping pong table and a large game table perfect for group activities. Gorgeous Barndo! We arrived as 4 couples with 8 kids and LOVED the space and amenities. Plenty of room and activities for everyone, both indoors and outdoors. We absolutely LOVED the pool- it is amazing! Pickle ball court, fire pit, grill with plenty of wood, all the games inside and out and the beds were super comfy. Plenty of seating inside and out and plenty for every one to do. It was a fabulous house! 10/10 would stay again.

Fabulous stay at this beautiful property! Deer feeding right on the front lawn in the mornings, beautiful patio, steps from the water and so quiet and secluded! House was comfortable and welcoming. Hot tub was lovely! Cozi vacation took such good care of us! We’ll be back for sure.
