I was introduced to Raymond & Brittany Staton by my handyman when I was talking to him about my needing a realtor. Not only did I get A realtor, but 2 realtors! On our first visit, they both explained all that they would provide me for the sale of my home. I called them numerous times for information; they were very knowledgeable about how the selling of real estate goes and answered all my questions regardless of how whacky the questions were!! Never having purchased a home on my own, I required a lot of assistance. With their help I was able to get my house sold at a reasonable price in less than 3 months while, there are other houses in our community that have been up for sale much longer. I highly recommend Staton Properties. I’d use them again.

I am renting a house in Naples managed by Staton Properties Management . The responsiveness of this company cannot be beat. Every time I reach out to them, the problem is solved immediately. Ray and Brittany are simply the best. They took our wants/needs in a home and showed us properties that fit those wants and needs and then some. Once we found “the one”, they were so helpful through the entire negotiation, inspection and closing process. They were able to answer every question we had, and put all our concerns at ease. I think the best realtors are the ones who are from the area & know it well. Ray & Brittany are the best realtors you can find in SWFL! Ray grew up in Naples, & Brittany on Marco Island - so rest assured that they know every corner of Collier County.
