Do not move here. Cheap but looks nice bad maintenance literally had an old air filter and water filter my entire time living here. The manager tried to charge me for being locked out but they only provide one key and they came with an email the next morning saying people who get kicked out would be charged a $350 inconvenience fee and tried charging me. After refusing and pointing to our lease agreement they illegally took the money from my security deposit when I moved out and bullied me while I did live there sending me messages saying I would be kicked out if I didn’t pay and that paying was mandatory. They admitted wrong doing and credited me back $150 but never gave me the rest of my money. I am currently working on sueing them. Do not move here I still get emails from the property

I don’t even know where to begin. In short, never live in an AM Realty–managed property. This place truly has it all: roaches, water (sewer?) leaks, sloppy repairs, an empty leasing office, noisy neighbors, and grills with empty propane tanks. But the real reason I’m writing this review is far more serious. Over the course of two years, this property has overcharged its residents approximately $7,000 total for water usage in violation of North Carolina law and is now refusing to return the money. Station Two22, currently managed by AM Realty, must petition the North Carolina Utilities Commission to bill residents for water and sewer usage. Under NCUC rules, the property is required to charge residents no more than what it pays the Town of Mooresville for water and sewer, plus a maximum ad

In my time living here, I did not enjoy it. This property is poorly run and the grounds are disgusting, constantly reeking of poop and pee. I’m not a dog lover, but even if I was, the problem is residents here have no regard for others. Dogs are allowed to run loose, people don’t clean up after them, and management continuously sends out empty reminders about “possible fines” without ever enforcing anything. Walking through the community feels nasty because the walkways are full of dog mess. From the very beginning, my experience was bad. When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t even clean. I had to get a rent adjustment because of it. For months there was a loud buzzing inside my walls that made it hard to sleep, and despite repeatedly reporting it, nothing was done. The apartments themselv

Currently live here and regret it honestly, no one is ever in the leasing office if you need help. They need the “be right back” sign everyday when no one is there. Place was not clean on move in day and was quickly expressed to the leasing lady “Rachelle” and she pushed it to the side. I never even received a checklist and I see why. Management is overall lazy, and maintenance responds days later when sending a request for something. Then they will say they fixed whatever and come to find out the certain things still WON’T work. My microwave and basic light switches trip the breaker DAILY. In combination with all above, my upstairs neighbors are no better. I have complained about noisy neighbors and still no solution to that. Don’t trust some of these 5star reviews, I honestly think some

Lived here for 2 years and its common for parking to not have enough spots. Aswell as theres always dog sh!t left about because No one cleans up after there dogs. Also there's no camera and there has been multiple brake in on a few of the cars. Terrible expansion would never live here again, or under this company, look elsewhere
