Station at Lake Murray

One of the best apartment complexes to live on Lake Murray Blvd. All of the equipment in the gym is clean and maintained. There's a grooming station for you to take your pups to. As well as different food trucks that come out to the complex intermittently.

Nice, newer complex, close and convenient to Lexington, Harbison, Downtown Columbia, not far from Greenville and Augusta. Zoned for the #3 school district in SC. Our floorplan is nice and pretty comfortable. Our water and electricity bills are pretty steep for a 2 bedroom apartment though. The maintenance team are really good at what they do and very friendly. Overall the community is extremely noisy. People who live here rev car engines in the middle of the night, talk and play music extremely loud outside your window on sidewalks, residents leave barking dogs unattended on their patios all day and night, the lawn service comes about 3 times a week at 7:00am and starts to cut grass right outside your window waking you up, and the fire trucks and emergency vehicles from the nearby station

The station at lake murray is a great apartment complex! I haven’t had any issues with any of the other residents and it is a very friendly community with monthly events. The apartments are also new and updated and are also located in a great spot if you want to walk the dam or spend the day out on the lake.

We viewed a lot of apartments when downsizing from a 4BR home in Chapin, but a lot of them felt like "extended stay" hotels rather than homes. Station at Lake Murray has spacious floor plans (B2 is the best), the finishes and fixtures are top-notch (sleek quartz countertops, wood plank flooring, and stainless steel appliances). And the management and maintenance teams are attentive and responsive, making the community feel well cared for. It's not on the lake, per se, but super close if that's your thing - we really love the central location that's 15 minutes or less from everywhere we need to go on a daily basis.

At first glance, Station at Lake Murray might look like just another development in the suburbs. But it is a place that is extremely welcoming, beautifully maintained, with great amenities, an extremely caring, delightful and responsive staff, and wonderful social opportunities. You can be as private or as outgoing as you wish. The property is quiet (even at the pool) and maintains standards conducive to its variety of residents - of all ages and stages of life - who now call Station at Lake Murray home. Once you move in, you will feel relaxed and confident!
