I recently moved into Station A Apartments and the experience has been seamless from start to finish, thanks to the exceptional team at the leasing office and the fantastic maintenance crew. Jessica and Antonio from the leasing office were incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive, ensuring that every step of the process was clear and stress-free. I had a very specific requirement about the apartment units and they were attentive to all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and informed. Additionally, I have to commend Edwin from maintenance team for his quick and thorough service on the maintenance request which was raised as part of move-in and he addressed the minor concerns promptly and with great care. Just rented an apartment with them and the service and the leasing agents have been amazing since the day one! Toured multiple apartments in the area and nothing came close to station A. Clean buildings, great amenities, spacious apartments, high quality appliances and etc.. Karen and Lídia have been outstanding and I’d highly recommend them to help you find your new home! I am an apartment lover. I love apartments. This is by far an exceptional apartment. I usually get to know the leasing agents well. With COVID19 it has been hard to do so. However when I do need help a quick email takes care of any problems. I saw other reviews where they said that there are packages on the floor in the mail room. There are. Blame the Amazon drivers who don't place the packages in a locker. This is not the fault of the staff. As far as the security gates. They are usually open during office hours. I see no issue with that. They monitor the property and take care of things. Several employees live on property and that makes a difference. The apartment itself is modern and beautiful. I felt welcome from the jump. Juan was the first person to greet us. He was very friendly and willing to help. I was sold on the idea of joining this community. Juan showed us a great space to potentially move into. He didn't show us just a model he showed us an actual space that was available which right away made my family and I smile. These apartments are listed as luxury. They definitely are. My daughter gave the two thumbs up.

Customer Experienced for 2+ years on a rate from 1-5 for customer service for person's with disability spouse of veteran (1) lowest rate. High turnover rate for Blacks! Sadly Maintenance and Housekeeping Building 16 (5) highest rate. No pest or bugs dog hair low. Outdoor community area no instructions for pizza oven or grills be careful! Gas! Pool Clean! Price too expensive for amenities in clubhouse to not work sports simulator or pizza oven in pool area.
