Station 40

I am getting ready to down size and decided to tour Station 40. When I arrived, Artie was the leasing agent onsite and helping a resident with an issue. He acknowledged me entering and said he would be with me as soon as he could. As I waited, I took in the office and the community area. Everything was clean and impressive. Artie offered me a beverage as we talked about what I was looking for and the amenities of the complex. He was able to answer all if my questions and was knowledgeable and funny. We toured the complex and looked at a few apartments together. I loved the space and Artie was great, Station 40 is a great place to live.

I have lived in this building for a few years now and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I am writing this review specifically about a maintenance employee named Messiah, though, as I felt his service deserved to be shouted out. He went absolutely above and beyond to help with an emergency maintenance request in our unit during the historic ice storm last month. He responded to our after-hours call within minutes and made sure we were taken care of and updated throughout the whole process. Messiah's calm and polite demeanor helped us stay reassured during a particularly stressful time. Knowing that he is on staff makes me feel great about any potential future emergencies.

I came in for a tour and the office staff could not have been better! I initially spoke with Diane and then Artie gave me a tour of several floor plans. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable about the property, and helpful in addressing any questions/concerns I had during the tour. This building is definitely at the top of my list!

This is a great place and in a perfect location. I like being close to everything so I can drive as little as possible. The new office staff is amazing and always go out of their way to take care of any issues that arise. Highly recommend Station 40 if you are looking for an apartment in Nashville.

Specifically to do with the new maintenance crew, these guys are on it! Messiah in particular always checks back to make sure everything is working properly which is a nice touch. They say hi to you in the hallways when they see residents. They have a great team now and I certainly appreciate how quickly they respond to issues.
