Station 18 provided an excellent experience from start to finish. During my visit from out of town, they took the time to show me the apartment and made sure all my questions were fully answered. Kathy was incredibly helpful in finding an option that worked with my budget. Lina and Lillian were very responsive and supportive throughout the leasing process and move-in, and their guidance made everything smooth and stress-free. The property itself is very beautiful, and the apartments are spacious and fit my needs perfectly. I love the walk-in closets, stand-in showers, and in-unit laundry, which were all must-haves for me. I want to begin by saying Station 18 Apartments are absolutely beautiful. From the moment I was approved, I was thrilled and ready to move in this Friday. I had nothing but positive things to say about the property and the staff until life took a heartbreaking turn. Just yesterday, I found out that my grandmother passed away unexpectedly. She was the heart of my family, and her passing changed everything. My grandfather, who has always been like a father to me, now needs my care and support. Because of this, I had to make the difficult decision not to move into the apartment. When I called to explain my situation, I expected at least some understanding or compassion. Instead, the first thing I was told without a hint of sympathy was that I couldn’t get my application or admin fee back
I’ve been a resident here coming up on a year in a few days. This property used to be so much better when I first moved here last year in September. This property has gone downhill. Some of the residents are ill mannered, nasty/dirty and do not care about their community. The staff meaning Erica and Lina are very friendly and helpful as well as ONE of the maintenance men but some of the other staff ….eh. Sometimes they do not pick up the trash for whatever reason, I guess they just don’t feel like. The community property manager does not speak to residents. At least in my experience. Also, they will have system errors and you will be charged a 10% well in my case a 21% fee on top of your rent, although it was a system error on their end and they did not update my portal to the accurate
We just moved into our new apartment here at Station 18. This was our first time but Lina made the process SO EASY! She has been amazing every step of the way. I asked many questions and they were all answered quickly and efficiently. The day we got the keys was so quick and easy! I recommend this complex to everyone searching especially first time renters they have amazing customer service. Everyone in the leasing office has been super nice as well with answering any questions we have! You won’t regret renting here!
We have been residents here since May 2025. Pros: Erika and the maintenance technician, Jose, have been wonderful with maintenance requests. When my AC broke down on a hot summer day, they responded quickly and fixed it right away after learning about my medical condition that makes heat unsafe for me. When we needed help moving heavy boxes, Erika was kind enough to lend us a hand truck as well. Their support has been greatly appreciated. Cons: On September 4, 2025, we were unexpectedly charged a 10% late rent fee, even though the rent payment posted on the same day. Since the system did not allow us to pay only the agreed rent amount, we reached out via email to request removal of the late fee. Update: Fortunately they were understanding of the situation and retracted the late fee, but
