very! good welcoming fresh, new clean! start for me. Safe secure and every! single one of there rental staff are awesome!! especially Lisa! everyone has great energy! this is a great place to call home

Everything here is great and feels brand new! The property looks awesome they've really invested in updates—everything is clean, fresh, and well taken care of! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the manager is super nice and helpful. You can tell they care about keeping things in top shape. Great place to be!

If I could give this place and company a 0 star I would. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been in contact since November to be able to apply and go through the process for their new built buildings opening up. I have came in several times into their offices with all my documents and income several times just for them to keep telling me they lost my stuff or let my application expire and to come in and redo everything and you can sign your lease just for them to say days later I don’t meet income requirements. They are a legit joke and they allow employees who don’t want to be at work apparently talk crazy to potential tenants and get smart. I was just told they would use one of my incomes on the phone and not the other and they would hold the place give me

So far everything is fine,Lisa and Heather are pleasant and helpful. I’m going to enjoy my stay here..

They asked for a cash deposit but then said that I could pay the rent by credit card. Why is it that I have to give cash up front? But you also accept credit cards for rental payments? It sounds like the apartment manager is trying to scam people.
