Starling Grove Apartments

I wish I could leave 5 Stars and a better review, but I will be as fair and honest as I can! I honestly think Starling Grove Apts is a good place to live when it comes to the premises and the apartments themselves. They are relatively new apartments and well kept! Misty in the office is on top of things to do a great job! Thank you Misty for your assistance!! Now, and to me this is very significant because I love honesty and fairness, I did not appreciate Mr. Zane, Property Manager and owner of this Apt complex, made a $350.00 discount on our security deposit, and stated on the Tenant final statement that this charge is for painting of entire unit. Our Unit #62 only had very minor wear and tear, and if anything, it looked cleaner and better to live in than when it was given to us! This U

Great Experience I've been living in this apartment complex for a year now, and I must say it's been a great experience. Pros: - The management team is responsive and helpful. - Maintenance requests are handled promptly. - The community is friendly and clean. Cons: - None so far.

Don’t rent here my rent was paid on time because someone called the police on me for being locked out for a minute I get kicked out. And mind I twins and had no family what’s so ever out there and had to do everything on me own. Neighbors are weird they’ll knock on your door with noise complaints that aren’t even happening. For example saying I have teenagers in my home I only at the time had 4 month twins. They put out a women with freshly born twins who paid rent on time. First of all the apartments wasn’t even damaged I get the cleaning fee but damage?. Then I get an email of them Sueing me for 8k. When they make you sign the lease they don’t tell you what you’re signing. They rush the process so I wasn’t aware of the tricky lease. I would’ve paid them the whole 8k had I wasn’t being as

Love living in these apartments! Great office staff/management, they are so friendly and take care of any issue promptly . The apartment property is well managed and kept up. I feel safe living here, the property is well lit and community as a whole is peaceful.
