Allegedly a low barrier property mansgement but denied me for having a criminal background and over $1000 in debt. I have student loans and who doesn't have at least $1000 in debt. At the last 3 apartments I've rented my credit nor debt has ever came up as a factor. Discriminatory and probably just doesn't want to be second chance friendly with black voucher holders. 8 reference letters from social service organizations and case workers but still chose to deny me. I've rented apartments for years and also provided my previous 4 years of rental including copies of my lease agreements and move out deposit statement showing I got all of my deposit back at previous tenancy yet my rental history was still flagged as a reason for denial. Their system of reporting problems especially of an urgent nature is non-existent. Tenants are actively trashing and destroying the property, squatters are moving in, people peeing in the halls and crawling under the building, the cat colony continues to grow and invite pests. I'm beyond shocked that they don't respond when you tell them that people are breaking windows, etc but instead tell you to just write an email. But don't forget to put times and dates or they'll say it's invalid and ignore anything you have to say. I feel like a crazy person living under their ineffective management and my quality of life has suffered greatly because of their hands off approach.

Brenda can’t create a schedule she can stick to. Three days in the last month she’s had management leave a 24/hr notice on my door to do work THEY want to do, not me, and they never show up. like my time isn’t valuable and it’s no big deal, every time. Meanwhile they still haven’t finished the same job they started MONTHS ago (a simple bathroom fan) and I STILL have drywall cut out in my bathroom. They even forgot to put insulation and just put some drywall over it anyways and now need to rip the drywall back out. They gave me notice and had me wait two days in a row, and the same to my neighbors, and didn’t do that work, but started something else. I’ve had a leak in my bathroom ceiling not once but twice over the years, because they couldn’t install a sink properly for my upstairs neighb

After reading these comments I had to comment. I have been a resident for six years and never have had any complaints Sure sometimes when you call in a person may get the runaround but tell me a place that doesn't do that at some point. As for them responding to issues within the property they have always responded in a timely manner and completed the job also in an extremely timely manner. As for the heating pump they installed it has always worked since day one and in my opinion it's the best thing they installed. The maintenance crew is the best I have seen. Truthfully I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.Again it's my opinion Have a good day people
