Stardust Villa

The manager is always prompt and pleasant as well the maintenance team. The apartments are kept clean and any issues I have are addressed asap. I’ve never had any issues with packages being missing or property being damaged. I’ve enjoyed my stay here for a year and a half now. Thank you guys for all your efforts they do not go unnoticed!

Just moved in! Anabel, the property manager is amazing! She made the application and move in process so easy and stress free. The complex itself is very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Modesto!

Hey there! I just wanted to share how much I love living in my apartment complex. The location is amazing, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I should of left this sooner! I am actually truly grateful for this apartment and especially for Anabel the apartment manager! This place is on top of everything, very clean, affordable and month to month! But the best thing here is Anabel! She is the most kind hearted and patient person you will ever meet and she does a fantastic job! They are lucky to have her and she is reason alone to move here! I am sad that we have to move away soon to Florida and I hope we have someone that’s comparable.

June 2021: This is my second week renting here. Anabel, the manager, and Sergio are very professional and friendly. When I moved into the apartment it was obvious they keep it well maintained. The one maintenance issue I had was addressed the same day. The grounds are nicely manicured and clean. Update Jan 2022: I finished my seven month lease in Dec 2021. My experience at Stardust Villa was a pleasant one. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Sergio and his team are always working hard keeping the grounds and facilities clean. The two times I needed something fixed they completed the job promptly. Teresa, the manager, was very pleasant to work with. I didn't have one negative experience while I was living there.
