New lady's at the front office are very nice ladies, Maybe the manager is always willing to help us as residents Maria and Miriam very nice always happy and going above and beyond to help with our concerns. Been living in this property few years quiet and peaceful area. Security all night. If I can give 10 🌟 i will. 🙂

I have been living here for 2 years and we just renewed our lease. I like the security the office has and the partments inside are very spacious. The staff is always nice & helpful.

IM SICK OF THESE PEOPLE Looking for a whole bunch of people who know how to get you into the apartment but when you get into the apartment, everything is raggedy and you can’t get in contact with corporate and everybody at the office act like they’re incompetent. Please stay at these locations.All the star locations are way overpriced and way overly irritating to ever actually live into do not ever live here unless you are running for your life and you need to hurry up and get somewhere to live

These apartments are useless. They promise you a lot of things and don't deliver anything. They have cockroaches. The managers are bad and don't want to help you. They help you whenever they feel like it. The workers are also reluctant to help you. You end up with a very high water bill because you have to share it with others. The truth is, these apartments are not recommended for living. Aside from that, many homeless people move in.

I just moved in to star westheimer Maria made my process fast and smooth very happy with all the friendly staff, very clean community!
