Horrible pricing on the properties, therefore you get a 1 star for price gouging. I now rent a property from a different property group on the same premises, same exact style home and everything for 400$ cheaper. (Yes i have been in the property they rent out and its no different than the property i rent for a fraction of the price.) I have also spoke to the tenants and they say they are extremely slow at fixing maintenance problems.

Worst landlord EVER!!! Total jerk and very rude. Just there to make a quick buck. This man put late charges on legal fees and claims we were behind on rent for months!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM!!! Plus the building had been vacant for awhile because it was filthy when we moved in. Now we are stuck with a 2 year lease with double deposit. I'm sure they will do everything in their power to keep our deposit as well. Total waste!!!

If I could give them no stars I would! We were interested in their properties on Bell Ave and Mounts Ave. The first property Avo showed us was completely run down and had dead roaches everywhere but he assured us it would be cleaned out before move in and that they always try to repair things in a timely manner. It was not a fit for us so we moved on to the property on Mounts Ave. On the outside paint was peeling and it just looked run down. But Avo assured us it will be repainted and everything fixed before move in. He asked us if we had any pets we informed him that he had service dogs. He asked what breed we told him American Bully and 2 Lab Mixes..if there was an issue he should have told us before we paid the application fees.
