Issues are with Bruce G. He responds if and when he chooses. HOA has numerous owners feeling the same. Will be recommending we find another condo MGMT company. I do not recommend Star as a result. Look elsewhere.

Jeanniton is a TERRIBLE CAM. Very combative with clients and never responds when he says he will. The lady in the front office is nice. But stay away from jeanniton, they change filing times against governing documents and flip flop on what they say.

Star Hospitality Management failed to provide a 2025 Assessment invoice for my home in Burnt Store Meadows. On April 4, 2025 I received a Notice of Late Assessment with fees and penalties. I made seven attempts to reach the billing office leaving messages with Lenna, Ron, & Cookie. All message were left for a Jennifer (the individual assigned to Burnt Store Meadows. All seven message went with a single response. On June 30, 2025 I received documents from their attorney. He took four calls to final have a discussion with. They charge homeowners $300 per year for what? To not respond to our concerns and go from resolving an issue to collections? Terrible service.

Very nice office personnel, who are willing to help no matter how busy they are!

I have been dealing with this company since 2005 and verytime l call to speak with the representative for my community l haven't received a call back. I believe the representative is also the owner. They can't get the mailing addresses right and when l went to a "meeting" to inquire it the microphone was shut off or lowered. She doesn't want to hear anything just sat there and smiled.
