Star Deluxe Apartments Milford by Metro Star

Had a really pleasant tour today at Star Deluxe Milford. We were shown a 2-bedroom in one of the walk-up buildings, and it was impressively quiet inside the unit. The apartment felt well thought out, with a full-size two-door refrigerator, front-load washer and dryer, and a clean, modern layout. They also have elevator buildings available, which is nice to have as an option. The community spaces felt relaxed and welcoming, and I liked that the package room is centralized and organized. Overall, everything felt calm, well maintained, and comfortable. Based on the tour experience, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

I lived here for about two years, it was a great experience. The apartment complex is beautiful from the outside and the inside. The management/staff are always responsive and quick to fix issues if they arise. The apartments have excellent modern appliances, and the clubhouse/amenities are always kept clean. I’ll definitely look into other metro star properties in the future in this area, I enjoyed my time living here!

A week in and so far so good! Alexa was a pleasure to work with - she answered all my questions and supported every step of the leasing process. Big thanks to Jennifer and Dylan for their help during my move in as well - the maintenance team here is great. Happy to be a resident!

Great apartment complex! Angus is really nice and always happy to help. For maintenance you just send an email and they come the next business day or same day. This place has very quick snow removal. The sidewalks, parking lot, and roads are cleared and salted first thing in the morning. My apartment had a very nice kitchen with new appliances. This apartment wasn't cheap, but worth the extra money because it is well built and always kept clean. Metro Star is a great property management company and I highly recommend renting from them.

Well built apartments with 2 door fridge and front load washer/dryer. Sound insulation is excellent and facility is secure. Would highly recommend for those looking in the area.
