I would like to give a big thank you to Bonnie for her assistance with helping me find this apartment and for everything in between. I throughly enjoyed living at this apartment and making it my own. The location is absolutely wonderful- very close to the city and lots to do in the northeast area. My biggest concern moving was parking and this complex although the lot may fill up there is plenty of easily accessible street parking. I always felt incredibly safe in this area especially when I was leaving for work early in the morning. Thank you to everyone at concordia for a wonderful experience for my first apartment!

Moved in mid November so far it’s been great! Laundry room in the building🙌🏼 Noise I would say it’s normal. You live in a building so you’re gonna hear your neighbors here and there. Maintenance Lucas and Shawn are great, every time I’ve put in a maintenance request they’ve been here and had any issue resolved immediately. Friendly, courteous, and helpful…couldn’t ask for much more.

Would like to thank Toby & Bonnie in the office and Carlos the maintenance man for all there hard work. With there help the work that has been done on my son’s apartment has greatly improved the quality of his apartment. Thank you! Lois Edenborn

A place I can call home. Maintenance crew does a Great job, ladies in the office are wonderful.. amazing treatment from start to end! answer and respond when in need.. giving the extra mile for the best of the residents is what really counts
