Stanton Yards Apartments

I moved here from Memphis TN and I must say my stay has been amazing!! Anytime I have any issues as far as maintenance they are fixed normally the same day!! The property is always clean!! I love my apartment and would recommend this property to anyone trying to start a new life

The property is not bad at all I believe it’s the people who stay there that makes the property I believe once they get the people to clean up after they dogs everything will be ok or not allow dogs at all I one lady o I see her all the time walking her dog and it just shits on the sidewalk where people walk by the door etc at least have the respect for others to clean it up I called the leasing office hopefully they do something nothing wrong with a dog but it’s nasty not to clean after them

10/10 would recommend Solid team all across the board From management, to maintenance, and even a few friendly neighbors A special shoutout to Monique P And Jordan McCray for hospitality and opportunity They run a business But treat you like family while doing so Big Respect.

The office staff did an excellent job at listening to my concerns and fixing my issues. My concerns were treated like a priority instead of an item on a to do list which is very comforting knowing that your in a community that cares.

Mr Mitchell was very helpful. Very smooth process. He went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on move in day. I highly recommend these apartments.
