Stansbury Manor

Stansbury Manor was the best. I live here for three years. The staff was amazing ,whenever I had a problem they were always there in attendance. Kayla the manager is awesome. I wish Stansbury Manor the best. If you looking for a new home please check this place out.

Was looking for a rental near White Marsh and Stansbury fit what we were looking for. Moved in on 3/28 - Kayela and Shari have been amazing 😉. Kayela was wonderful during the tour and Shari has been super responsive and helpful. Had some issues with our AC and maintenance came the same day to look at it. The area is nice and quiet; the unit itself is great with the washer and dryer in unit being an added benefit. It can get a little humid, especially in the upper floor. Lower level is very cool, cool enough to not need AC. Based on my experience so far - I would recommend Stansbury to any new resident. Will update this review as time goes on/if needed.

Been here for 3 years. Sometimes Takes forever for anything to get fixed. When they fix it, it's cool. Their quick about responding about the issue(so thats appreciated!). JUST be prepared to pay $1,700-$2,200 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath with no updated amenities, and for some things to work at full capacity. Your rent will increase about $50-$200 every few months regardless of what size apt you apply for. Complex itself is maintained nicely(very few trash laying around. Workers of the complex clean up nicely) and neighbors are friendly for the most part. (I wish they'd put up more trees or replace them when the old ones get cut down to help with soaking up rain) Parking lots and the complex is lit up great at night(i can walk my dog without a flashlight and feel safe). Absolutely terrible place to live. I have been here for two years with nothing but troubles, I am looking forward to moving out due to all of the issues. The buildings are extremely old and outdated, only 2 receptacles per a room at best. Many buildings have mold (in multiple units within the building) with the residents having to be relocated to other locations. Have also had rodent issues (rats, mice, and bats). The park down the street keeps getting vandalized (trash cans and benches get flipped over), people normally go there to smoke pot bringing an unwanted crowed after hours. My vehicle and my husband's vehicle have been hit and we have had multiple flat tires due to roofing contractors leaving supplies around. Plus when you get evicted they literally toss your belongings to the str
