Stanley Martin Homes at West Broad Landing - SOLD OUT!

We had a great experience buying our condo. Everybody at the sales office was super responsive and answered all our questions promptly and with great detail. We moved into the condo in late May which was exactly the week that was given to us as an estimate when we put in our deposit earlier this year. We are enjoying living in our new house a lot - the community is great - welcoming and inclusive. We needed a few things done around the house in the first month after we moved in and the construction manager and his team were really helpful in either coming in and doing the work or pointing us to the right people.

I had an amazing experience working with the Stanley Martin team at West Broad Landing. This has been my first home buying experience, and I was very nervous going into it. Kristina Holt went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure I understood the different home options and thorough review of the contract to be sure that I was making the right decision for me and that there should be no surprises to come up. She even checked in on me MULTIPLE times on her days off and her assistant Rebecca was amazing as well! Never once did I feel like the deal was just trying to be closed.... and the communication throughout the process has been incredible. Living in the condos is hell. When I was buying the home I was informed that noise was minimal to none. I can hear everything happening in Unit B. I can’t wait to sell and move. It’s is basically like living in an apartment. I could barely hear my neighbors. I hear everything from unit B including when they use the bathroom.

I am a single black female healthcare worker. Working through COVID has been rough, so I was really looking forward to finally getting my own home. This is the first time I've ever come close to being able to buy a house. I used all my savings for an earnest money deposit and was told that, only if I couldn't secure financing would I be able to get it back. And yet, when the financing fell through (after me going to the lenders) they kept my money. I did everything I was supposed to do and the fault was not mine. They relisted the house I was going to buy for $20000 more & stll kept my money. They profited in every way, getting money hand over fist, and I have nothing left to buy a house. I thought COVID was bad, but they are the worst. Nice way to treat a healthcare worker. Thanks, Hunte

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Steve and Matt at Stanley Martin! They both went above and beyond to assists us. The townhomes are beautiful and well designed. The design coordinator, Alexandra, was also fantastic. She is very organized, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Stanley Martin at West Broad Landing
