I only gave 1 star bc i was forced. If I knew what I know now...I would have never purchased this house. IT IS POORLY BUILT. THEY GIVE A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. I have a subfloor issue in the master bathroom 2nd fl. It makes a popping sound when walking.. they said squeak. I hear the sound every time I walk on it. Even the warranty guy said its an issue. Then come and say they can't fix it bc the WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PULLING UP THE FLOOR. Or ceiling..OK. Soo what is the point of the warranty????? Buyers beware... These homes are poorly built
