Stanley Martin Homes at Retreat at Renaissance

While not being entirely sure what I was looking for when I started my search, I was pretty sure that a townhouse was not for me. But I decided to take a look at Retreat and was impressed the moment I entered the model home/office. The layout, finishes and decor are all very well done and because it is an end unit, it did not feel at all like a townhouse. The floor plan is very functional and spacious and features a great kitchen. I was immediately greeted by Ashley Bowers, who spent about an hour showing me around the model, some of the other units under construction and the neighborhood itself. Our experience with Ashley, Bryan and everyone involved with the neighborhood thus far has been great - all have been professional, answered all our questions (and we had a lot!), and have made the entire process much easier than normal. The homes are beautiful, the construction quality is excellent and the neighborhood is in a great location. I'd highly recommend the Stanley Martin team and the Retreat at Renaissance.

I had been thinking of buying an investment property and accidentally found out about Retreats at Renaissance from a friend who lives in Wake Forest.I instantly felt the quality of construction (thank you, Patrick), the aesthetics of the overall community, the location, etc, were the perfect fit for an investment. Ashley and Bryan, and the whole extended team including their preferred lawyer, mortgage broker and design centers, were so wonderful, organized and easy to work with that I bought a second property as well! Could not recommend higher.

I was pleasantly surprised to find highend residences in downtown WF. The quality of work and the feel of the neighborhood is unmatched in the area. Ashley sealed the deal with her attention to detail and willingness to answer every single question I had. Her involvement from the beginning has been excellent and I really appreciated her deep understanding of what the downtown area is and will be becoming in the future. Overall, if your coming from a nice apt. in another city or downsizing from a luxurious home, the Retreat at Renaissance is a wonderful landing spot. I'm looking forward to moving in.

Ashley was great to work with. She recognized immediately that I wanted to move at my own pace . She provided multiple options and was very complete in setting my expectations around design, options, and timeframe. She did an excellent job of building rapport with my realtor and keeping her in the loop as well. She did a wonderful job and is the reason I decided on this property!
