Stanley Martin Homes at Marlboro Riding

I must admit Dionne E. Jones was very pivotal in our builder selection. With dozens of builders in the area, she alone is the reason we chose Stanley Martin for our new build. She advocated for a new lot after we weren't able to get the elevation of our model and negotiated quite well for our relocation. In addition, she provided her personal recommendations as well as item's other purchasers selected. I believe the 1 on 1 tours with her to other developments were key in the Design process. She seemed genuinely vested in ensuring we understood the process and loved our selections.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Dionne Jones for the purchase of my new home in Marlboro Riding. Dionne was an absolute pleasure to work with. Dionne did everything she could to make sure my family I got the right home for us! Thank you Dionne for all If your help through this process. I could not imagine working with any other agent! This is an amazing must see community!

I must say, while I am extremely satisfied with our beautiful new home that Stanley Martin has built, I am disappointed with the lack of follow-up after our final walk through in August 2022. Here we are in December 2022 and I have sent several emails, and our problems have yet to be resolved. I am not sure if there is a high staff turnover rate or what, but we have not received any follow-up response regarding receiving a sample paint kit (all new homes should receive)and getting our cabinet fixed (when the house settled the cabinet was loosened as a result) we marked it with blue tape during our final walk through and it wasn't addressed because it may not have been on our original list. Purchasing a new home from Stanley Martin was a wonderful experience. Our Realtor agreed as well. The experience began with our sales person (Dionne Jones). She was very attentive, professional, and quickly respond to our questions. During our first visit she really made us feel at home. My husband and I felt she was a sales person we could trust. We are so grateful we listened to her advice on moving quickly to make the purchase and her suggestions on constructional design options. They have proven to be very beneficial to our family.
