Steve has done an awesome job for us - from our first meeting a year ago right up until the present day, six months after closing. He has helped us every step of the way, was extremely conscientious about our needs and how that would affect the home we wanted to build and has continued to follow-up on how things are going and if we are still happy with our home. He has been professional in all our interactions and has treated us like we were long-time friends. He may a stressful period (home building thru closing) much less stressful and made our buying , building and moving experience to Glenmore quite easy and very enjoyable. Steve and the rest of Stanley Martin's Glenmore team (Scott and Dane) did a great job communicating and keeping us informed during the construction, closing and follow-up work to-date on our new home in the Highlands. This was particularly critical since we were still living in Nashville throughout the construction process and could only be in Charlottesville every month or so. Steve was also able to orchestrate our closing to occur one day after the closing of our Nashville house. Since then, we have also been pleased with SM's responsiveness with the little things that inevitably spring up that need attention. We have been very pleased! Steve has been a pleasure to work with.

The sales and design teams have been highly responsive to our needs. Leah, the Glenmore Neighborhood Sales Manager, has been a tremendous resource with her in-depth knowledge of each step of the process from contract to pre-construction. Tammi recognized our unique situation then shifted her priorities to help us with home design with less than 12 hours notice. We have appreciated the professionalism and customer first attitude these two women have consistently displayed,.

Steve did a great job start to finish in walking through the process with my clients on a new construction in Glenmore. There were unforseen (weather related) bumps along the way, but both Steve and Stanley Martin responded in a professional and uncompromising manner to get the job done and get it done right.
