Well I've been here maybe 3 years yes the mangers does her job and guy that works on things around here does it fast as he can and the area really peaceful but the laundry area sucks washer and dryer broken for months on months same with washer but you ask for a rent to go up in the 3 years I've been here I've helped with 2 or 3 medical emergency because a few people knew I was a firefighter and they knocked on my door. the passed few Christmas you all gave us something for Christmas this last year got nothing other than our rent raised I know this is just business for you all but you take care of your people they take care of you
