They are scammers. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE. They will 100% take your security deposit and not return it. They will try to scare you with other charges, such as $2,000 for carpet cleaning, $1,200 for scratched doors, and many other false charges.

I will not give even one star if I can. This people are frauds, big cheaters and liars. Never trust their words. Whenever you talk with them over the phone make sure you record the call for your safe side and always take anything in written from them. They will easily turn their back and say lies. They will take your application and money even if they don’t have anything available and then refuse to return your money. The money you earn with hard work, this cheap people will make it easily this way. I am just giving this honest review because I don’t want people to get robbed this way. Please be careful and fine good place for you and your family. don’t ignore the reviews on this website. They are all true. Hope this helps everyone. 🙏

Been a resident for almost 2 years always paid rent early if not right on time. Always made people take shoes off to insure clean carpets in apartment. Even helped association managers with plumbing needs. I am very upset to say upon ending my lease I was insured I’d be in good shape and receive back my security deposit, that was surely mistaken instead I got hit with almost $6,000 in fees when I have witness that even said I left my apartment excellent condition. Association is not willing to come to and understandings even with great tenants you will loose security and on top of that have to pay lawyer fees!! It’s ashame they do this to people’s familys. As a business owner I have never seen such poor business people !!

STAMFORD SQUARE ARE CROOKS - BEWARE!!: If I can leave a negative star I would.. I lived at this HORRENDOUS complex for 4 years. As some of you are already aware from posts on this page, including my own, it is an apartment complex you NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM. Before I moved in I saw the reviews online, and I should have listened to them. From being charged random "miscellaneous charges" for not "breaking down boxes" to having letters sent to all tenants that their children are not allowed to play or ride bicycles within the complex, the list goes on. Bottom line is these people will treat you like dirt. Another example, my AC unit was broken last summer for MONTHS and they refused to fix it. I cannot even give them one star. I've rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years. Common ground and facility maintenance is not existent. Super is replaced every month of so. From the moment my dryer was reported broken to the day it was fixed, 4 months passed!!!! It took my multiple calls to the Edison office, to speak to the rudest office manager ever Kathy. No respected company should hire someone like her. When they refused to address my issues over the phone and hung up on me, I called again and said, I am driving to your office to speak to your boss. The answer was: you do not have an appointment and we wont let you in. So for 4 months (may through september) i had to air dry my laundry . So much for luxury complex. According to Kathy it was not a big deal, she laughed and said... so
