This place is owned by an egotistical slumlord who thinks his money is all that matters. Good luck if you need maintenance or even need to contact the office. It's not possible, neither the office nor landlord answer their phone, not so they even have a voicemail identifying them. Crappiest of services.

This place is horrible! We can never get in touch with the landlord, and have had to call 911 due to gas leaks and horrible neighbors. Now we have had either NO water or no HOT water for DAYS, no word from the landlord. Great property, horrible management! Smells like crap because he can't get the sewer working, it's a joke.

How does this place have 5 stars? There is no regular maintenance, you can never contact your landlord and things are falling apart everywhere. I've had two notices for extermination without anyone ever showing up. Parking is never enforced, people are regularly driving and parking on walkways. Oh, and you will have no idea where to pay your rent or who to get a receipt from. Don't come here, this is a slum operated by a slumlord. Edit: let's add no running water and sewage is broken at it anyways smells like crap now... For months.
