Customer Reviews
Used to be a great place to live. However, they no longer comply with Chapter 12 of the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act which requires them to provide 72 hours notice for routine maintenance. Last two times they back dated notices. This most recent time they provided less than 24 hours notice. Completely unacceptable.
