Stadium Suites

Worst place to live, hands down. Believe it from someone who lived here for 3 years, I would not recommend ever staying here. Valet trash is never on time and when the bags are picked up they are dragged down the stairs causing the place to be disgusting. AC was always broken, many, many request was put in for the AC and was told it’s normal for an AC to break so much. Charged for basic cleaning when I was told over the phone nothing was needed, we still vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the whole apartment. The buildings are dirty and rarely cleaned, broken light fixtures, the ceiling in my room even started to crack with water damage. Additionally, the apartment was renovated while living there. We had no choice in the matter. Kitchen and bathroom counters ripped out, as well as fresh paint.

I just started living at stadium suites and I LOVE it!!! Maintenance is always perfect and helps right away! We love the valet trash, I go to the dog park everyday, we love the pool and the study rooms. So many great amenities!!

I have only positive things to say about Stadium Suites so far. The location is super convenient — close to campus and easy access to restaurants and shopping. The apartments are spacious, and the common areas are well maintained.. the amenities (gym, pool, study areas) are a big plus. The community is safe and student-friendly, which is important. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for housing in Columbia.

When I think of Southern Hospitality, Stadium Suites is the first thing that comes to mind. The staff is so awesome and my apartment was so nice, a real steal-of-a-deal. Stadium Suites will hold a special place in my heart forever!

Do not live here. They will scam you by charging hundreds when you move out. Even if you have photographic and video proof of the damage not being yours, you will get fined regardless. Additionally, if you have any roommate problems that prove your roommate broke the lease or made your apartment an unsafe environment (and highlight with video and photo proof of said instances), they will not help you. Not even to move the roommate even if they broke the lease. Said roommate can also deny a mediation so you’ll be forced to be in the unsafe environment for the rest of the lease. Valet trash is unreliable. The cats will get into it by ripping your trash and spilling it everywhere. And, yes, they will try to charge you.
