Stadium Apartments

I lived here for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time at Stadium. The building is high-quality and quiet, with simple and practical amenities that make the building luxurious without being too gaudy. The leasing staff is very kind and professional—even offering vegan options at their monthly community dinners.

This place is expensive high quality and beautiful which you would think would match the security here. Unfortunately it doesn’t my car was broken into at the beginning of the year parked right out front.. no worries will pay for a garage parking spot however the past 3 months there has been nothing but one email after another that the package/delivery room is broken into, storage units and bike storage and now again this morning our cars were all broken into.. with how much we pay for these apartments maybe it’s in the managements best interest that instead of allowing this to keep happening you hire a security company every night so we know you have our best interest and safety as your first priority not just giving us yet another alert it happened. Allowing this to escalate is allowing

So here amost 7 years now and still luv it. Changes coming soon, but like I said on my last review, change is good. I would like to warn you about hiring a dog walker who use to work here as a housekeeper and was fired last month. Do not hire her and if you are still using her, be aware, I have had a horrible experience with her, she is aggressive, has lied, and takes your money for her dog walking and overnight pet sitting with not doing the services as you think. She is very convincing and manipulating. She also damaged one of my appliances in my apartment. Always one in every crowd. I am still learning at 71.

As someone who has been in the Army and have moved quite a few times already, I can say with confidence that the Stadium Apartments has been the best apartment I’ve lived at. Remi, in particular, has been very responsive and helpful from the very beginning. Whether I’m just passing by or I need anything from the office, she is always there to help and brighten the day up! Remi, Tawny, and the rest of the management team has been spectacular here.

I've lived here for over a year now and have absolutely loved it. Management is fantastic, the amenities included (Parking garage, sweet rooftop common area with some gorgeous views of commencement bay, small dog park, large common area downstairs, dog washing station, gym, etc) make it well worth-while, and any additional staff i've met have always been very friendly. Not to mention it's tucked away in a very happenin' neighborhood with a lot going on around. I would recommend this building or any of their other properties to anyone looking to move into the city.
