I’ve been in the Plantation area for about 5 years now, going on my second year renting at St. Tropez and it’s fabulous. Not only are the amenities great with 2 pools, one on the lake and the other featuring a mini golf and grill area but the gym is always really clean, the tennis courts and kids playground is well kept and they have an office space too. The staff is always friendly, and maintenance is always on top of the things I’ve requested. It’s a very pet friendly neighborhood as well, with lovely paths to walk and plenty of dog-poop stations throughout. The only suggestion I could make is offering more guest parking- sometimes spots can be pretty limited on weekends. We have now lived here for over two years and the experience has been amazing from beginning to end. The property is extremely well maintained. The maintenance team are responsive; knowledgeable and efficient and the property manager and her leasing staff are warm and friendly and always available to help. We have lived in many rental communities in Plantation and this is, by far, the best rental community in this city!

I had a fantastic tour with Carmen! She was very detailed, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve toured many other properties, and this was by far the best tour I’ve experienced. The property is beautifully kept and well maintained. Having such a great experience during the tour gives me confidence that living here will be just as wonderful. I’m so excited to make this my future home!

Took a little minute but I finally made it here. The gesture this morning put the icing 🧁 on the cake. Well actually the apple 🍎 for the day to keep the Dr away. As I’m taking my 3 to school I’m met at the gate exit by the office handing out nutritious snacks/ breakfast as we’re leaving. The children were so excited 😆 to receive. What kids don’t like additional treats to their already packed lunch. Including apples , juice box , mini pancakes, nutrigrain bar and a pastry wrapped in a cute sealed to perfection Thank you bag.
