A little paradise on earth. The building is very well managed and incredibly clean, people are so nice, since we move here three years ago the place is getting nothing but better and excellent place to be full time or part time.
Just so everybody knows- The pool and spa are closed for remodel. It's not supposed to be open for many more months. I currently live here and wake up every morning to the sound of jackhammers, beginning at 7:45 even on Saturday. This place is a mess!! Do yourself a favor and steer clear. You will definitely regret it.
Full time resident and unit owner here, Water proofing work along with pool updates are completed and look fabulous. Great value for location await you.
Make up some BS fines with no heads up on warnings. Better read the small print because they make rules up as they want. If you don’t obey then the fines start coming.
John is the perfect sales person knollageable not pushing for sale a good listener. We will be back to purchase for him.
