Justin at St. Luke’s Apartments was outstanding throughout the entire leasing process. The office staff guided me step by step through the application and made everything clear and seamless. He was also meticulous in ensuring the apartment was fully set up and functioning properly before move-in. Justin truly went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment for my needs. I’m very grateful for his professionalism and support. Also any maintenance was taken care of asap and Lance even quickly took care of my error in tracking mud into the entry and apartment on inspection. Kudos Lance!!

The tour experience was excellent from start to finish. Justin was easy to coordinate with, responsive, and flexible with scheduling, which made everything easy. During the tour, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the building, the community, and the surrounding area, offering thoughtful answers and helpful context you wouldn’t get from just browsing listings online. Beyond that, he was simply lovely to work with. Warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, and made what can otherwise feel like a stressful process calming . Highly recommend working with him if you’re considering the Ballard area.
