St. Luke Apartments

I am so disappointed with the management team, there's no organization, no respect,with staff and residence, it has to start there, too much favoritism, some gets information shared by office team and managers, because of likes, I calls for services of maintenance and no one comes, I don't care who doesn't like me, I am a resident, do not know a lot of office workers but they seems to go on how someone else's feelings, never no one to ask questions, they stay more close than open, security and maintenance knows more than residence, they make rules as they go, not even in our rule

You’ll wait a year plus for ANYTHING to be fixed , if you want anything done you’ll have to take it to court , the apartments are nice on the inside & come with washer and dryer but that’s it that’s all … only move here if you have no other choice ….they’ll lose your money order and make you pay for what they’ve lost , management is unprofessional , ppl in the halls all times of day and night this the projects of the county

The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and respond to all my work orders quickly.

Extremely unorganized and communication is all over the place or non-existent. It's bad enough this is seen as the "norm" for income-based housing. You should not have to make multiple trips to the office for paperwork that has already been provided or "missing" after being told everything is good. The situation is already stressful enough and your eligiblity is based on how often you will allow yourself to be beat down. There needs to be a centralized method for these types of housing programs because alot of these owners are taking advantage and using the old school paperwork method is not going to work smoothly.

My daughter lived here briefly. Its the ghetto. People crowding the breezeway at all hours. Drugs. Violence. The hallways smell like the dumpster. Trash everywhere. These are income based so you get what you pay for.
