St Lucie Oaks Apartments

This apartment complex is a joke. I wanted to view an apartment on multiple occasions and have yet to do so. The very first time I came here the office had been broken into and an older lady informed me that I should come back later due to the incident, understandable. The second time I returned, the same lady rudely stated that the owner said not to show any apartments that day. On my third try the told me that they were closing early for the day. And here I am today after 3 previously unsuccessful tries I have received my 4th and final unsuccessful try. The staff here is rude and unprofessional. Place seems like it could be decent but the woman at the front desk is extremely rude and obviously gatekeeping based on her personal preferences. Asked a very basic question about availability for my college age daughters and got a diatribe about everything except an answer to my question instead. Protip for someone trying to attract quality tenants: the people you are looking for do not have the time or the patience for your nonsense. We'll be looking elsewhere.

I moved here with my family when my son was born 5 years ago! I absolutely loved living here. The property was well kept, we had a beautiful lake view, and the apartment was nice and spacious. I wish I had never moved but due to unfortunate situations my children and I had to leave. I highly recommend stopping by and looking at a unit. Julie and Brenda in the office were great!

The staff is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The apartments are nice sizes. People are friendly. I love it here.

Lived here for many years, 11 actually. Never had a problem with anyone being rude as other reviews state. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and always available with a phone call. As I understand it, there aren't often open units because once you move in, no one wants to leave, I think that says everything you need to know. #PSLsBestKeptSecret
