Looking at these reviews confirms that moving here would have been a mistake. I recently called for a tour guide, Diamond answered the phone. She told me that 3:30 was the cut off time. I told her that I would be there. I arrived at 3:10 the office seemed empty but then Sophia popped out. I told her why I was there. She said that Diamond was out on a tour. And it was the last one for the day. I was taken aback by this. So I talked with Sophia who did display rudeness initially. Her stern stare was a little unnerving at first. I moved here in March and I’ve had nothing but a good experience. The leasing office worked with me to get my paperwork done and was very accommodating to my time line. They were all very kind and professional. The maintenance team is VERY quick to respond and fix your issues and they’re good at their jobs. We all mostly keep to ourselves but every interaction I’ve had with other residents has been a positive one. The price is very affordable for my 3 bedroom

The entrance gate on Hartfield Road to this apartment complex is damaged and makes a loud, constant squeaking noise that disturbs not only residents but the surrounding neighborhood. Despite multiple complaints, the management has failed to take any action, showing a clear lack of responsibility and concern for tenants. Security is also a major issue here. I have witnessed people jumping over the fence to enter the property, and on multiple occasions, I have seen individuals walking around with firearms. This raises serious safety concerns for anyone living in or visiting the complex. The overall environment feels careless, unsafe, and poorly maintained. I would strongly advise against moving into this complex if you value safety, cleanliness, and responsive management.

I've been here almost a year, nothing to complain about. It's a quiet complex, the office is always friendly and helpful, if there is a maintenance issue they are quick to fix it. I would recommend moving here. I already signed another 12 month lease..
