We leased from this company for 4.5 years. This was our first lease and I have to say it was not a good experience. When we started leasing the team was friendly and personable as the years went on the team became more and more disrespectful. They were scheduling work in a unit next to ours during our business hours and were not concerned that we had to close our business due to the noise from the construction, we had to close several time. There was a massive leak in the roof that damaged our equipment that was also no concern to them, I actually had to ask them to come clean. Beware and have a lawyer look over your lease agreement.
