Although there have been some areas where St. Johns as a landlord could improve, we've experienced some disappointments. We would appreciate a quicker response time to serious issues such as our doors not locking. Additionally, the build quality and attention to detail could be better. We noticed tape lines in the walls and any furniture near the windows tends to lean into the center of the room. Once we moved in, there was a noticeable drop in effort to keep us happy. The space was not cleaned before we moved in, and we found drywall mud and paint on the badge readers, room plaques, and trim. The painters' overspray and the thermostats shutting off during large temperature swings were additional issues. Very bad responding messages, very bad management hope they do better at least on checking who is a good tenant and who makes the payments on time. I wish they could answer the phone during business hours.

Controlled by their shareholders and do not care about their tenants. Overpriced with poor management. Avoid at all cost.
