He knows a great deal about all home systems, is thorough, never rushed, always early (never "on time" LOL), and stays until the job is done. He is especially good at communicating with me and my clients and takes as many calls as we need when we follow up after receiving the report. Five out of five, would recommend! If you are looking for someone in a hurry who does not have time to explain all parts of your house to you, Jim is not for you. I love chatty people, especially when it is an investment as important as a home you will be living in with your precious family. Along with being kind and informative, he was great at giving it to you like it is, explaining the regulations and standards, and then also including his personal opinion from experience.
