St. Ives Crossing Apartments

Here is a firm, detailed, and professional version including the pipe issue: ⸻ My experience at St. Ives Crossing has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. There have been ongoing issues inside my unit, including a roach problem, and management has not shown urgency or concern in addressing it. Most recently, I experienced a pipe bursting in my unit, which caused significant stress and disruption. Since that incident, management has not reached out to follow up, check on damages, or provide any meaningful communication. That level of neglect is unacceptable.I have been emailing the office since the 6th regarding multiple concerns and have yet to receive any response. My move-in experience was absolutely fantastic! Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and made the process completely seamless—there were no hiccups at all. The community grounds are always clean and well-maintained, which makes the environment feel welcoming every day. I truly love my apartment—it’s super spacious and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for. A special thank you to Luisa and Kapone, who were excellent throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and attentiveness made everything even better. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here!

(Update included) This property is ok, but only because I fought day in and day out upon move in ... through tears and pure exhaustion because it was SO MUCH not done & I was also dealing with the passing of my father. I love my location and the size of the apartments ... but one thing I had to do was put A LOT of work into my unit when I first moved in (like 40+ hours of cleaning and fixing, w/ a lot of trouble from the front office). . I have to say I TRULY appreciate Eric and VJ for everything they did when I first moved in here! Any time I've had a request after that, Eric will literally have it done w/in two days tops! I only met VJ one time, but when the front office would not listen to the horrors I had to endure, he put in a good word for me to ensure that my unit was livable and p

I moved here and stayed for a year before finding a new job that required me to relocate closer to work—about a 50-minute commute from this area. After moving out, I quickly realized how unmatched my experience at St. Ives had been. I couldn’t find anything that came close, so I moved back and renewed my lease! I’m more than willing to commute a longer distance if it means living somewhere I feel safe, valued, and well taken care of—and St. Ives has truly exceeded my expectations. The maintenance team is outstanding; they respond promptly, even in urgent situations. Huge shoutout to Marshall, Eric, and Chris for their exceptional service. All of the good reviews are fake. They incentivize their residents to leave good reviews for prizes. They literally blow up your email begging for a five star review specifically or else you don’t qualify to win. These apartments were so terrible I moved in & out in the same month! The roaches need to pay rent & help chip in on groceries! They are everywhere! My unit was not fully inspected nor cleaned upon move in. At most, they wiped the countertops & swept the floors. I moved in with tile lifting off the floor, dirty bathtubs that I had to scrub for an hour a piece to get clean, broken parameters around the front door & no keys to the patio and storage doors because they didn’t change the locks. I was told all of my issues would be priority since I was a new resident but none of these i
