This organization offers tiny Apartments to seniors at a discount, subsidized by the government. The main idea is how teeny these apartments are. They claim to be one bedroom. But both the living room and the bedroom are so narrow and small that. a person really only has the square footage of one room, not two. There are much much larger subsidized senior apartments available for the same price, which is 30% of your income.

I've visited a friend there to enjoy a night of bluegrass jamming around the pool table and found the place to be very warm and welcoming.
